When will my order ship?
In stock and available yarn will ship out using USPS within 1-3 business days of being ordered.
Any yarn that is pre-ordered will ship at a determined time after the pre-order closes. Times will be disclosed for each launch.
Do you have dye lots?
Each skein is dyed by hand in groups of 1-3, so while there is consistency, we cannot guarantee dye lots. We recommend ordering enough yarn for your project and alternating rows with 2 skeins to blend.
How do I know what bases you offer?
Each product description will let you know base information, including fiber content and yardage information.
Do you offer discounts on sweater quantities?
Yes, as a part of trying to make hand-dyed yarn more accessible to people of all sizes, we offer a bulk discount for sweater quantities for sizes above XL.
